Adeniyi Quadri, BL, LL.M, ACIArb, Notary Public. [Managing Partner} Adeniyi Quadri obtained the LL.B [Hons.] Degree from the Lagos State University Ojo in 1997 and was admitted into the Nigerian Bar in 1999. He served as Pupil State Counsel with the Directorate of Public Prosecution Lagos State Ministry of Justice Alausa-Ikeja in year 2000. He worked in the firms of Thompson and Co. a corporate, commercial and financial services oriented firm and thereafter at Enitan Associates company secretaries to a number of companies and litigation practitioners. In addition to managing the firm’s Corporate and Estates practice Mr. Quadri was schooled and well tutored in General Litigation, Corporate Commercial Property and Conveyancing, Employment Industrial Resources, Taxation, Banking and Finance, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Copyright/Trademark/Patent, Labour, Land and Property related matters.

He is an experienced Client Liaison Manager with abundant interpersonal skills and vast experience at communicating at all levels with the objective of achieving laid down goals to benefit commercial organizations. Mr. Quadri was sworn in as a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in January 2018 and obtained the LL.M Degree from the University of Lagos in 2019. His collective experience has exposed him to several areas of legal practice. He has been the Managing Partner of the firm since inception.
